CAP ਕੈਨਬਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਨਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੇਸ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ, ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ੀ ਵਿਕਲਪ, 18-25 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ, ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ / ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਛੱਡਣ ਵਾਲੇ 18-21 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ, ਅਤੇ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਛੱਡਣ ਵਾਲੇ 15-25 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਲਈ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਭੱਤੇ (ਟੀਆਈਐਲਏ) ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ।
