Barnardos Community Adolescent Programs (CAP)
사례 관리 및 실질적 지원을 통해 특히 위탁/친족 보호를 떠난 청소년들이 독립 생활, 주거, 교육, 고용을 지원할 수 있도록 돕습니다.
CAP는 캔버라의 청소년들과 함께 독립 생활 기술을 개발하고, 교육, 훈련, 취업 경로 개발을 지원합니다. 여기에는 위탁 보호 청소년을 위한 사례 관리, 돌봄에서 전환하는 이들을 위한 주거 옵션, 이전에 외출 돌봄을 했던 18-25세 청소년을 위한 사후 돌봄 지원, 위탁/친족 보호를 떠나는 18-21세 청소년을 위한 연속 돌봄 보조금, 그리고 15-25세 보호 종료 대상을 위한 독립 생활 전환 수당(TILA)이 포함됩니다.
