Family Connections Program
가족 중심의 조기 개입 프로그램으로, 15세에서 24세 사이의 청소년과 그 가족들이 갈등을 해결하고 청소년 노숙 위험을 줄이도록 돕습니다.
가족 연결 프로그램은 갈등 해결 서비스와 다문화 허브 캔버라 간의 협력 이니셔티브로, 청소년과 그 가족이 가족 기능을 개선하고 청소년 노숙 위험을 줄이도록 지원합니다. 이 프로그램은 트라우마 인지, 청소년 역량 강화, 가족 중심 실천을 사용하며, 특히 다문화 공동체에 중점을 둡니다(하지만 전적으로 그렇지는 않습니다). 지원에는 가족 상담, 중재, 치료 사례 관리, 정신 건강 서비스 연결, 육아 코칭, 청소년 발달 심리교육이 포함됩니다.
