梅里迪安青年组织（Meridian Youth）为堪培拉地区15至25岁的LGBTIQA+青年提供支持、教育以及健康与福祉促进服务。该组织与堪培拉地区的其他青年组织和学校合作，就如何与LGBTIQA+青年建立联系并为其提供支持开展相关支持与教育工作。
在Facebook和Instagram页面上，“梅里迪安青年”组织已启动其性健康与福祉宣传活动。该活动旨在提高LGBTIQA+青少年的性健康素养，并就健康的人际关系、心理健康韧性及沟通技巧开展教育。
