“药物与酒精/心理健康”项目团队致力于为面临心理健康风险和/或正在经历心理健康问题，以及存在酗酒、吸烟和/或其他药物滥用问题的原住民和托雷斯海峡岛民青少年提供服务。该团队为社区中的青少年及其家庭提供支持。 药物与酒精/心理健康项目团队由2名药物与酒精干预专员、1名药物与酒精外展专员、1名心理健康与福祉专员以及1名双重诊断专员组成。该团队提供的服务范围包括：
