Minds Together
Free skills and support program for ACT family members and carers of someone experiencing suicidal distress or recovering from a suicide attempt.
Minds Together helps family members, friends and carers build practical skills to support a loved one experiencing suicidal distress or recovering from a suicide attempt, including how to talk about suicide, manage stigma, and look after their own wellbeing. It is delivered free either through two 3-hour face-to-face sessions over consecutive weeks, or a self-paced online course with videos, podcasts, interactive activities and moderated support forums. Open to ACT residents aged 18 and over.
