Youth & Family Case Management Service
Outreach case management for ACT families facing housing, conflict, mental health, substance use or parenting challenges.
The Youth & Family Case Management Service, delivered by Marymead CatholicCare and funded by the ACT Government, provides outreach case management to children, young people and families across the ACT whose stable and healthy family life is affected by housing instability, family conflict, mental illness, substance use or parenting difficulties.
