Seasons for Growth
Free evidence-based grief and loss education program for children aged 6-18 affected by bereavement, separation or major life change.
Seasons for Growth uses seasonal imagery over eight weekly 45-minute sessions plus a celebration week to help children and young people aged 6-18 process significant loss such as bereavement, parental separation or relocation, while building communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills alongside peer support. A parallel parent/carer support group runs during the children's sessions. Participants must be ACT residents, with at least six months since the loss.
