Family Case Management - Woden Community Service

Case management support for families in Canberra's south facing challenges such as parenting difficulties, mental health issues, family violence or housing instability.

Woden Community Service's Family Case Management program supports families experiencing challenges by helping them identify goals, build on existing strengths, and connect with community resources. Case managers can link families with parenting programs, mental health services, family violence support, accommodation assistance, and can advocate on the family's behalf with government agencies. The program offers short- to medium-term support and serves the South Canberra, Woden, Weston and Molonglo regions.
